On a more practical level, our mission is to get from point A to point B faster, cleaner, cheaper, healthier and do it while having fun. We have been coaxed into believing that the distances we travel are too far to use any other means than our cars. Well, we are here to tell you something that car companies don’t want you to know… door to door within a 5 mile radius, you can get there as fast as a car, faster than public transportation and that’s not to say anything for driving during peak traffic… Try to go 10 miles in 30 minutes for your evening commute through traffic! it’s almost impossible in a car, but you can do it using an ebike!

We offer a 7 day return policy. If you are grossly unsatisfied with your product just put it back in the packaging and send it back to us. You must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by email or phone before returning. You, as the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping and mandatory insurance fees. Any used or items with buyer incurred damage cannot be returned.
